megan header hardware
hey everyone,
I just picked up a used megan header and it came with the gasket (in good condition) but no other hardware. I was just wondering if anyone can tell me what i will need and the sizes?...i think i need 3 studs for the part that connects to the mid-pipe (size unknown?)..as well as a donut gasket for that same section? and lastly i think i need 5 bolts that connect the header to the engine because the stock ones will be too short? (again the size of those i also dont know?). so if anyone can tell me what exactly it is that i will need and their sizes for the install it would be much appreciated. If i am way off please dont hesitate to tell me and point me in the right direction lol!. Thank you very much in advance for any input! |

If you're careful you can get the old donut off the stock exhaust. And you should be able to use all the existing hardware that already holding the manifold on.

i just swapped the header in my 07 last month
since you own an 06, your's will likley be like mine and half destroyed i reused all the oem bolts/nuts to install the header, so all you need is the donut gasket and the gasket at the block (which it sounds like you already have) good luck!
