Instrument Panel goes out if I turn on my lights
Last night I started my car and turned on the lights and when I did the entire instrument panel went out (except for the little lights on indicator on the top left). If I turn the lights off, the instrument panel lights up again. Individually, everything is fine, just not all at once.
So basically I have to choose between driving with no gages or no lights! As anyone experienced this before? Any advice? |

Instrument panel goes out if I turn on my lights
Tonight when I turned on my lights after starting my car, the entire intrument panel went out (except for the lights on indicator light, which remained on). If I turn the lights off the panel lights up again. All my lights, including the interior light and license plate light are working.
So basically I have to choose between driving with no lights on and having my gages or driving with gages and no lights! Has anyone experienced this before? |

Check the dash lights dimming knob. If it is moved all the way up and clicks you will get that exact operation.

There's a dial to adjust the bright of the panel on the left lower dash...turn it up!
