My poor yaris :(

Hey everyone. It's been a while since I've posted on here. Quick update: yaris was involved in a collision going about 35 mph, roads were slick, traffic abruptly stopped and bam I rear- ended a volvo suv. Stupid , I know!
Anywho, after a long debate with te insurance company I figured they would total it (driver air bag deployed) BUT they didn't and total for repairs was -7,000.
Hood right fender bumper air bag steering wheel seat belt assembly and some inner motors parts ( was told just a fee plastic hoses)
So I get car back after 3 weeks and it looks great! All lines match up
Well then the issue starts!
When the car is idling it will randomly jerk (vibrate) almost like it wants to die for a quick second then it's fine. Will do this in drive park or neutral.
Doesn't really seem to happen when I am
Driving just when car is at idle.
Anyone have any thoughts?
I took it to Toyota dealer and he states that he couldn't diagnose because there is not a engine light on!!
Could it be the car is getting too much air or not enough?
Any thoughts are greatly welcomed!

And where in Louisville was it? That car should have been totaled

Louisville Colorado ? What do you mean where?
Well unfortunately it wasn't totaled.
Honestly the accident didn't look that bad at all.

Louisville, KY. Never heard of Louisville in any other state.

Are you talking about a slight vibration when idling for instance, at a stop light? Mine does this when the fan comes on, it increases the idle speed slightly.

Is the check engine light on? Do you have a scan tool to check the computer?

This is somewhat normal for the Yaris. It might be worse since the ECU has been reset. Give it some time to see if it improves.

To set your mind at ease search for other threads on idle speed.

Thanks for the input.

It isn't like a slight vibration, it is a full jerk of the car. It seems to feel as though the car isn't getting enough air or gas?? At first I thought I had gotten bad gas!
It is going to the dealer soon.
I've been driving it from being repaired going on 2 weeks, wouldn't that be enough time for the reset?
I really hope it can be fixed, I was quite found of my little yaris :)

It could be an issue with the AT torque converter, particularly with the impact of the accident.

I would go through all hose connections under the hood first, and make sure that a vacuum line wasn't missed.
