Painted the rims.
The stock wheelcaps were making my stomach turn around. And the stock steelies were too ugly, and also since im saving for some nice rims this is just a temporary solution:

I like that look.
All your wheels need to set them off is some chrome lug nuts, which you'll be needing anyways when you change your rims. |

When we were racing, we always painted the rims for one reason only: to check for cracks. Having a rim break up in a corner can ruin your whole day....

Man, this is the second painted-steelie thread I've seen here in the past week. Ya'll are just motivating me to get mine done while I'm saving up for new rims. How'd you get the nice clean line for the lip? Just really good taping?
