toyota does that as well with the truck motors. Its still sorta crappy. Most techs use an empty one quart oil bottle under the "cup" which has a spigot to let the oil flow into the container.
a half full quart bottle in the cooling fan makes an interesting noise/mess when you forget you left it under the spout! lol |

Hmm... didn't know there was going to be a scion version as well.
So whats the difference between the Yota, Scion and Subi versions ? I really don't care about trim and options, just want the engine and driveline at the lowest possible price point. |

Japan gets Toyota 86 and Subaru BRZ Europe gets Toyota GT-86 and Subaru BRZ I hate that it's badged as a Scion, but not enough to not buy one. Plastic badges can always be removed |

Subaru choose to set the steering to normal passenger sedan understeer safe. Probably for the same reason most sedans drive like pigs. It seems like the Scion is going to be as cheap as possible, they seem to be removing all possible costs vs the Subie which seems to have everything. At least according to early reports.

Was talking about the mess made by a half full oil bottle.

Best up-to-date impression of the Toyota 86...interior shot, gauge cluster, etc.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ff3E7...ayer_embedded#! Unfortunately it is in Japanese and really long..... And I only watched 3 mins of it, I'll see if I can translate a portion of it later today for you guys. |

least its in english compared tp what i posted few weeks back.
i still hate how the fr-s is stripped down compared to what the toyota 86 is.... And to get that style/package, you need to purchase a BRZ. |
