Just an update for anybody else that ever wants to change their radio in a 2002 Toyota Vitz/Yaris/Platz or Echo

I purchase one of these from ebay for GBP 12.95.

The hardest part of the job was figuring how to remove the old cigarette lighter (12Volt supply). Eventually it came out.

The new facia just clips in replacing the entire section.

New Radio is a Pioneer Mechless MVH155UI. JB-HIFI is currently running a special for $70.40 delivered. Ends 4 June 2013.
