well..... been gone in the wilderness for 2&half years after trading in my 08 yaris d4d for a kia sportage and a horsebox.
so today i called into my toyota dealer and found out there is a hybrid version for sale...... toyota marketing people please do your job, i haven't seen any mention of them in tv adverts and discovered it by wandering the showroom. i got a good trade in value for the kia and paperwork will be done tomorrow or monday. i'll have a 2014 reg yaris hybrid next week! great change from kia 40mpg (eu gal) to 80mpg. |

Imperial Gallon (I assume that is what he is talking about) is 1.2 US Gallons.
That is still ~66mpg which is awesome. |

i collect my shiney new hybrid next Tuesday. :-)
(Horsebox is sold and no ..... horse isn't riding shotgun, looking for a 3.5ton horselorry at the moment) i'll post some photos for you next week. I called into the dealer today and ordered a roof rack and double bicycle carrier. 400euro for those accessories yes imperial gallons. 4.55litres per gal. :-) Last edited by 746watts; 02-21-2014 at 03:00 PM. |
