Yeah but header wrap makes it look legit!

it also helps with flow and scavenging. plus, that computer being 6 inches from the manifold scares me...

You have great taste sir.
Personally I think you went a bit over the top with the wrap, but it does look very nice. I've been running mine for nearly 2 years with no wrap or heat shield, and never ran into any problems.

tri Y makes for better low end torque. :) I didn't by the DC one because i'm not looking for top speed. I am looking to go quickly....
and the wrap helps on any engine. higher temperatures (to an extent) creates higher pressure/flow, which creates better scavenging from sister cylinder, which is exploited by the try Y pipe. (as the theory goes) |

be sure to port-match the header to the gasket. There is some shrouding on them. Plus while your at it, investigate the inner joints & blend as necessary. Mine had some really rough joints

That looks awesome! Now I want one
I always wondered if this Yaris parts fit in a 1st gen US-Spec Echo. It's the same engine though.

^ outlet flange bolt pattern is wider for the yaris and the outlet is in a slightly different position. You can probably use one...just modification to your front pipe will be needed.

You mean like replace the bolt pattern with another aftermarket pipe? or maybe adapt the OEM outlet flange? I was thinking about adding a aftermarket pipe and/or exhaust from newer models and customise to fit....
