a piggyback or standalone ecu...and raise that rpm cutoff

unplug piggyback and you pass emissions. i passed with flying colors with stock ecu lol. i have no idea how to ship half an engine across the usa anyway.
stock ecu will give no codes except extremely cold days where you get a p0000.. |
