2017 iA window stuck
My '17 Yaris iA is having a problem with the back passenger window. It will roll down but not up. I tested (with a voltage meter) voltage at the plug and get 12v on the grey wire and brown wire. The window motor I have will spin both directions. I used jumper wires between the plug and motor. The grey wire has voltage both up & down direction. The brown wire only has voltage going up. I tested continuity from the up/down switch plug to the window motor plug. Both wires tested good. The switch itself also tested good for continuity when checking for proper direction of flow.
Some I know suggested that I test the driver switch for everything too. I'm asking you all if there is anything else I should be checking? Thanks. |
