Will changing the rims and tires off of a 2002 Toyota Solara with a set from a 2018 J
I have a 2002 Toyota Solara with the 16 inch wheels on it I believe in the 205 65 or 60 16s I did some research on my buddy gave me a set of his 2018 Volkswagen Jetta tires and rims to put on cuz mine were bad these are a 205 55 16 I called around and there is not that big of a difference whatsoever so I was told I could switch them over however I switched them over and had to replace the lug nuts to fit through the Jetta ones which wasn't a big deal. I put these ones on and the steering wheel starts to shake and it makes a noise every every so often but I'm just kind of nervous about it the back and I know rubs on the shocks a little bit that needs to be adjusted so I took those off but even the front tires has it sits right now I'm not comfortable with why was I told all this could work out I've looked and felt for things on the front and can't find anything

you need to know ALOT more, wheel offset first and most importantly, second up is id try the rears you took off on the front and see if it still acts up, but if the rear is rubbing odds are so is the front due to bad offset
