Unhappy Tire inflation pressure for Yaris I 2001, please advise.

Please help me to understand the tire inflation pressure for Toyota Yaris I 2001. Does that mean that the front tires should have more pressure, 2.3 than the rear ones, 2.1? I was told by the car mechanic all 4 should have the same pressure.

Also, how should I understand the picture with 5 passengers? Is the tire pressure then different for the rear R, 2.1, and L, 2.2? Isn't this dangerous and asking for an accident?

I run 3 psi less in the rear after reading the forums here and other places and it really helps the handling of the yaris. (helps remove the rear wandering these little cars have) I tend to run 34 psi front 31 psi rear with my 15x7/45.

I put a set of Yokohama 195/60/15 YK-GTX all season tires on my 2015. They are (~3mm).2 inches taller and (~13mm) 1 inch wider than stock. I have a rear sway bar (TRD) and a sub frame brace (Cusco) under the engine. I run 37psi on the front and rear. I have never broken the car loose and I like to push it in the corners in the local canyons. Traction at that pressure will suffer. Milage will increase. Always check tire manufacturer specs and mind them.

The stock tire loading chart is "saying" if you carry more weight put more pressure in the tires Less weight slightly less pressure.
