tough, i know nothing of those particular subs. i installed a Bazooka Bass Tube in my gf's car. didn't take up a lot of space, and they hit hard. you can also look into the Infinity Basslink, but you're a Pioneer guy. you'll have to sacrifice some space if you want subs in the rear. heh, i am...

Nay. Unless you're well versed in enclosure fabrication, wiring and upholstery you're going to have to pay a shop a mint to do it. There are easier ways to get your bass without losing space. That spare wheel well is where you ought to start if you ask me.
Here is an idea... get the 10" slim subs and put them in enclosures under the front seats and face them upwards. A little rumble for your rump. |

would a false floor with the Slim Line 12" pioneers allow the spare wheel to be kept in the rear... Where are you planning on placing your amp/s?

you need this. Hits down to 30 hz at 100 dB I'm sarcastic sure, but someone might be intrigued. |

My amp is installed in the rear of the rear seat. Looks neat i recon!
But maybe the only choice is to put the subs where everyone wants it to go.....in the boot, take out the tyre and blah blah. Im thinking maybe 2 10" Slim Line Pioneer subs can fit... theres a plan!! and connect my other amp on the other side of the rear seats... ooo booya!

I was originally considering 2 slimline subs on the inside of the hatch itself, that would be cool too, and there is some space to work with there...

I would suggest cornerig them in 2 custom boxes, built to the proper volume, and place them on either side of your boot space faceing the rear hatch. You get bass from magnets, and noise from speaker material. Should save you more trunk space and give your car a fashionable look. Either way you go you are going to have to remove it if you need to get to your spare.

Well since there's already thread about adding subs, I wont waste space by making another one. You guys think I should put a 10" in the trunk and have my amp sitting on the space behind the rear passenger seats?

If your amp is small enough put it on top of your spare.
