Got gas on 2/20/15 -- $1.88 9/10 USD per U.S. gallon at Kroger in Tomball, TX.
Cheapest credit card price in our metro, and 2nd cheapest overall...cheapest = $1.79 9/10 per gallon on the other side of the metro.

I paid 4 cents more per gallon on 2/20 than I did one week ago (2/13/15 = $1.84 9/10 per gallon).

Paid $1.92 9/10 per gallon on 2/27. This was the 4th cheapest in our metro at the time. Three stations were tied for the cheapest at $1.89 9/10.

Fuel oil for my boiler $3.78 a gallon here in NJ. Diesel is about $2.79.

Diesel is the exact same thing as fuel oil, but has over the road tax on it which fuel oil does not.

Yet its cheaper!

I last posted on 2/18 and we were at around $2.89 for regular, $3.09 for the good stuff, give or take depending on the station you go to. Now around two weeks later, we're up to about $3.55 for regular and $3.75 for premium, give or take depending on the station you go to.

I personally know 3 people that made the move from CA to TX. If it wasn't for wanting to be close to family, my better half and I might have followed suit.

I was referring to both 182 and 183. It's all interesting feedback. Thanks
