Refried beans are good. Just not right before a concert, a movie, a long drive... etc.

Anything that doesn't result in unexpected noises coming from your lower abdomen. Like the commercials say "your results may differ".

As good as Jill refried beans may have been, I'm glad I did not have to carpool with her after work.
