I just saw Star Trek on an IMAX screen. All I can say is wow. I grew up watching the original series in syndication and all of the subsequent series, except for Enterprise, and all the movies.

With this new movie, I will now have a second ST movie to watch over and over again. This one gives "Wrath of Khan" good competition as my favorite ST movie and breaks the curse of the odd numbered ST clunkers.

But if you were willing to suspend your disbelief, it was a pretty good story.

The short story is better. The movie is nothing like it.

Car show was awesome! 150 cars and I was the only one under a tent. Never done that before.

This week: new front tires, retrofit harness comes in, engine damper comes in, boost gauge gets mounted. Go!

You should go see the new Star Trek movie. Very good even if you don't know much about Star Trek.
