tastes kind of like tender steak. the dipping sauce for the meat in hawaii is the best! it's ginger mixed with shoyu (google that if you don't know)

Good morning YW. Cool and dreary here still. Well, 52 degrees right now, only suppose to be high 60's today and windy. That's really cool for us in May. People are already starting to open their swimming pools.
