OK, it's over...
I love these guys!! Talk about need for speed!! Kioshi, if you come to SF on Sunday, you can also go to the NorthBeach celebration of Columbus Day. There is a small parade, some food and drinks, and it's not far from the piers. That's where I took all the pictures of the Ferraris I posted somewhere on this forum a while back. Check it out if interested. http://www.sfcolumbusday.org/ You can easily do both events, get some food and a couple of drinks in North Beach, then walk over and see the planes shows. Sunday is almost a better day. Saturday, they have the parade of ships, but there won't be very many ships. Both Saturday and Sunday are expected to be sunny. |

^ for me, eating carbs before hitting the gym works better (a banana 1/2 hour b/f a work out, or a piece of bread but NOT whole wheat though, otherwise, people around you won't thank you, lol!) eating a bunch of ribs, not really a good idea :)
Working out is a great way to clear your head. |

was a last minute unplanned thing... cuz i had actually planned to go rollerblading, however, its not a good idea to leave the house while cooking.. lol so decided at least the gym is open 24 hrs.. tried to keep it all light.. 30 mins on the treadmill, 3 mins of crunches, 10 mins of leg lifts and some leg machine.. after that.. i felt pukey and failed attempt at forced puke, just came home and had some pepto.. now i feel better.. lol
a little wired, so i prolly wont be sleep for another hour or two, though i have to wake up in 6 hours for work.. and my interview is tomorrow... and yea

I know what you mean. I got second wind too (was outside covering and securing stuff outside on the deck to ready it for the wind / rain storm we're supposed to have tonight)
Never a good idea to excercise at night (wakes you right up!) but it's better to exercise at night than not at all, Ithink ;) Gotta get up early too, oh boy, probably should step away from the computer and go to bed. I'll be a mess tomorrow :/ |
