I meant the guy changed his mind.

What if you suddenly wanted to keep your wheels after I offered you payment?

nothing wrong with that, IMO.

Well I have the car lowered so its always been a rather firm ride. couldnt say the tires make it any worse. I dont know the weight, its not too heavy though. they are the TRD rims so im sure it could be found somewhere

I believe they are 20 Lbs each

Part # PTR28-52040

TRD 18 inch 5 Spoke cast aluminum wheel with silver painted finish and bright machined aluminum lip clear coated. 18 x 7.5 recommended for a 215/35 R18 tire.
