you will probably not get a stretch on a 15x7 unless you grab a 165/45 or 175/50 and a 15" wheel runing those tires are gonna look like training wheels

Many people over here have that kinda stretch... probably considered way different from where you live... I can see alot of people here are running on alot of rubber: 55-65 height... you'll never see that over here! :)

The tires in my reference pics are are all 175/50/15.
If you're looking for a stretched look, 1.5 is right that 195 or 185 will not "stretch" on a 15x7 wheel. 165/50/15 will look stretched, but I wouldn't recommend tire widths skinnier than your OEM widths. |

In europe, the cars are considerably downsized so you will see a lot more tire options out there in the 155-185 range. Way more than we get in the states. a 15x7 is a pretty thin wheel and the only tire that will look stretched is gonna be around 155-175mm wide.
Yes a lot of people will be running stretches on vw's peugots, bmw, citroens in europe but those cars are smaller than ours and it doest look as bad as it does on our cars. Unfortunately our wheel wells and cars make tires of that size look like a strand of rope IMHO. 185/195 will not look stretched on a 7" wide wheel the pics I posted on pg 1 show my rear setup which is an 8" wide wheel with a 175/50-16 on it and you can see it is not THAT much of a stretch so imagine a wheel that is 1" thinner but a tire that is 10-20mm wider. My tires are S drives so they may not stretch as much as some other 175/50/15s. Yokohama makes fatties. |

Yes sorry... I just reread my post :) I still had the 15x8 in my mind.
True its either 165 or 175... I'm first going to save some more money and then Ill buy the rims/coilovers/bolts first... and THEN im going to look for the right tires :D thanks |

If you were to run a 15x8 you could go to like a +15 or +20 offset and run the 175/50 or 165/45 and that should give you enough room to clear the fenders, but that depends on how low you are

Yeah but the XXR wheels only got +0 on the 15x8... and I really want those wheels! Havent seen those wheels where I live, none whatsoever :D
Im going for 15x7 all around. I can always get some 10mm spacers in the back if i want. Running 30mm at the moment on 16x6 :) |
