Factory brakes are more than adequate, just upgrade the pads. And upgrading does not mean using cheap EBC pads, put a real performance pad on there. We have Hawk DTC-60 custom cut to fit our calipers.

If you have a real concern you can put the SE brakes on the car, but I don't think its an issue. I've had to stop the car from 120-50mph, and never had an issue with overheating or the cars inability to stop.

@Jason:So the Hawk DTC-60's we be more than enough to stop a 200hp car? Sorry if it seems like a noob question regarding braking. @xnameraxx: what are SE brakes?

I have upgraded to carbon pads and upgraded rotors, but that is bwcause I have to decel from over 150mph to 40mph in an 1/8th mile. They have served me well so far. I have left the stock rear drums on. Actually with the heavy braking and regular driving amazingly I still have the original shoes and drums with 100k on the chassis. As Jason said the stock setup is pretty robust. 200whp can be handled fine unless you REALLY put the screws to them. As for engine mounts excetera that Garmin was running yes he did indeed upgrade to ttr dumont once he jumped up over the 270 whp mark. And mainly you have to do so because at that point you're running at least 15 pounds of boost in most setups.

http://www.scca.com/videos/1972494 OE rotors, Micro Image brake lines, Hawk DTC-60 pads from Porterfield Brakes. Still look like new. I replace the pads and rotors right before the Runoffs each year, and typically the old ones are still not used up. The power level of the car is of little significance, its what you do with it.
