I agree with what you are saying. The manual is what I downloaded of the Internet but everything in the manual is similar to what the kit has. The kit was adapted by its previous owner to work on the yaris i.e. change the throttle body from 3 bolt dbc to 4 bolt dbw. Everything else as far as I remember concerning the install is exactly like the 2nd Gen yaris i.e. the brackets, washers, bolts.

I got the intake manifold back from the shop. I am pleased with the repair work.
I will also include this autometer RPM switch will a 3000rpmm moule pill or a JEGS adjustable RPM switch I bought from SummitRacing that can be used to activate the supercharger and Blitz fuel module. This RPM switch is used instead of the throttle position switch. This set up as shown in the wiring diagram did not work for me as my JDM ecu was leaning out the tune IMMEDIATELY (not after a day, a week or a month but while as soon as i was in boost for more than 5 seconds it went stoich. I was able to overcome this by removing the 1st oem o2 sensor but then the car ran rich even out of boost. Hence I ended up using a Greedy Emanage Blue as I was familiar with it as opposed to an AEM FIC which is common here on yarisworld. One correction made to my wiring diagram is the Pink wire on the Blitz Fuel Controller was connected to the the OBD port instead of the ecu as shown. |

I can't believe I still have this. 100% working supercharger that just needs a fuel/ignition control for maximum efficiency.

If I had the money i'll definitely buy it for sure.... I want to S/C my coupe
it still needs some work under the engine though. I don't think it will be a good idea to supercharge/turbocharge a 225k mile motor at this moment. what you guys think?

Huh 225k on the motor I don't know how wise it mite be to turbo/supercharge. My 2007 vitz RS is only doing less than 60,000km.

Throw the s/c on, blow it up, buy another 1nz from the wrecker for a thousand bucks, and repeat.

If I didn't have one already.. And wasn't going turbo now. I would have scooped this up.. This is a steal of a deal! They go for $3500 new!

I'm interested in buying but I would like to find a way to run this without a separate engine managment. Is there a way to use the blitz fuel controller box? You said tried using the box with the jegs switch but it ran too rich off boost. Is there a way to get this running properly using the fuel controller box? Also are you able to accept PayPal?

What's missing from my kit are 1. The blitz relay which is what it is a relay and 2. The throttle switch which activates the clutch on the supercharger producing boost. Hence why I have a jegs use switch ($50 usd). Cranky Oldman has a schematic somewhere on yarisworld here of the throttle switch. With that it's possible to reproduce a throttle activation without having to buy one. I hope this helps you decide for or against purchasing this unit. Enjoy Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk |
