With DF's these would be a great match.

LET ME CLARIFY SOME THINGS FOR EVERYONE:

- these go by the nickname 'Tokico blues'

- they are an excellent product and company

- they are non-adjustable

- These work amazkngly with a drop up to 2"

- if your car is or will be lowered more than 2", then look elsewhere (you need a higher dampen/rebound rate shock)

- these shocks are pretty much for those who want a little stiffer ride over o.e.m (read: more road feel)

- I have a set of these on my 01 civic sedan matched perfectly with Eibach Pro Kit springs (going on 50k miles on them) and they feel just like new still (the springs lowered the car about .7-1") all around

autox you want the car responsive not bouncing after a turn.... but the setup with tanabe is going to be bouncy because tanabe springs are on the soft side....

Ok 200 miles later and they are great shocks. The ride is smooth for the most part but if your roads around you have a lot of wear on them I wouldn't recommend them because then you'd be riding on a jack hammer essentially. I went from Modesto to Sacramento on 99 and it wasn't very enjoyable and will take some getting use to. On smoother roads its like heaven though. And screwing around in a parking lot with cones is real fun with these. A must for autocrossers who can't afford to drop $1000.00 on coil overs.

FedEx just delivered mine, took two days to receive. I plan to put these on Thursday just waiting for UPS to deliver the NFs. Thanks again WSCP.

Hmmmm I was thinking of buying new shocks myself. How are these an advantage over everyday shocks like Monroe or any of those??? Just curious the difference. My car is lowered with the NF210 for example.

If you have NF's KYB are sufficient. The Tokico are a better matchto the Df's

Well my setup will be with NF's so I will let everyone know how it goes. I have DF's right now but the Tokicos alone wont stop the scraping on the driveways and speed bumps.

Just got done with the rears. Thank God for impact wrenches I coldn't get the top nuts off with hand tools. NF's are a little higher then I thought but, after they settle they should be just right. Sun is comming down soon so I'll do the fronts tommorrow.
