My wife is 8 years younger than me, but we are, let's say, past our prime. In my bad old days, I got around a bit, and spent time with women 8 years younger, 12 years older, and lots in between. We all learned a lot, mostly that age is unimportant. Parallel interests, yes; equal maturity, sure, age, no.

Just be careful: a relationship can prove to be the most expensive gamble you will ever make!

As children, 8 years is a huge age difference, but as adults, it's really insignificant.

The age difference isn't the issue, like Loren said it's the work issue. Never fish off the company pier!

Anchorman....a favorite movie! Didn't Veronica Corningstone beat Ron Burgundy with a tv antenna and tell him he had bad hair, all in the office and in front of co-workers? LMAO!

Before getting married I got involved with men 7-10 years older than me, age wasn't a problem, I was mature enough. But like others have mentioned, dating someone you work with could get messy or uncomfortable if things don't work out, it's up to you if you decide to give it a shot.
