also I'm hoping this setup will let me breathe or sleep:

- did another nasal douche (lmao) with the neti-squirt bottle not the pot
- breathe right nasal strip
- took another sudafed dose ( not overdosing I took it past the interval)
- slathering vicks vaporub on my cheeks and under the nose
- bought some more damp-rid (FINALLY) and cleaned and refilled the tubs in the house


here's to good breathing tonight...or sleep....or hopefully both

well I woke up this morning and took a deep breath...through my opened nose

all the congestion is gone and I did another nasal rinse a few minutes ago and everything is fine....

WOO-HOO!
