well i used to drive a 1988 F150 5sp dual gas tank pick-up way back, and this feels nothing like the 'truck feel' so to speak. but i guess its all about preference anyway. i feel its perfect whether im sitting back cruising or sitting forward fighting through traffic madness.

How do I get a free armrest? I just placed my order yesterday. Plus I got the cable bushings.

...what i was trying to say was, because the shifter knob sits high now, i could rest my hand/palm and it feels like i have an armrest/handrest!

great option to do it take under a minute to install anyways when you feel like having a longer lever just put it on.. ssk is a must though...

I just got my 3" extension and already installed it while at work(since all you have to do is unscrew the knob)...It's a huge difference.....Sorry for the pics it was taken with a Sidekick '08
