I would highly recommend ordering lighter rims. The stock rims are about 16lb. The Enkei RPF1 are 9.5lb a piece. There was a dramatic difference in the acceleration and how my suspension worked. I got them for $199 at Tirerack. They even had a set which weighted 13lb for only $99 a rim.
As for tires, I highly recommend the Michelin Exalto series. There was a $70 on 4 Michelins at Costco. Maybe the promotion is still going. Mine cost approx $120 a piece. |
