if u look close those are 07 08 tails. Haven't seen the 09 with leds yet

Actually, if I'm not mistaken, the rear bumper on the RS didn't change shape so the tails are still that of the '06-'08 unlike the non RS versions (which we have in the US only). ONly change is the shape and positioning of the rear bumper lights.
