Buyer beware. I paid this guy a week ago and he has still not shipped and is avoiding my text now.

I should have never sent funds as "gift" via PP.

This is not a buyer beware situation. He sent the money Sunday evening.
I don't ship anything until it clears my actual bank account. That didn't happen until Saturday evening. Nothing ships on Sunday. Part ships out today. AFTER it cleared my bank account like I told you in text when you sent the money in the first place.

Thanks coheed. They parts are boxed up and have been since they day after he paid me.
Allowing 3-5 days for money to clear someones bank account (credit union) isnt out of the ordinary. Regardless, the parts are shipping today.

That is you. Unfortunately that is not how I handle private sales. Someone else has purchased something that I am shipping today as well and they understand completely.

I finally got the two seat brackets and they are completely useless. Since this guy ignores my PM's and text I will post here. He advertised the brackets as "comparable to ones that sell for $140 a piece", I paid $190 for both. They are junk. Did not even come close to fitting my Sparco seats.

I never advertised anything about the seats. I never even had the seat brackets themselves for sale. YOU are the one who PM'ed me about the seat brackets. I used the $140 as a frame of reference for the price and nothing else. These came off Bride seats. If anything you drill 4 new holes to fit the exact seat you are putting them on and your done. Been here since September and made more drama then me in 5 years. Winner.

You can close this thread anyway. Car is sold.
