Also looks like Superior Tire deals with TenzoR wheels so it's best place to check they specialize in aftermarket wheels.

Armchair detective work...

So, i measured the inside of the hole on the wheel is .62 diameter. So, if what username Texacott45 says here is true.

Then based on this review.

A splined installation/removal socket is required for this application. The one I received works well and is also part of a theft protection system in this application.

And because the spline nut i used earlier is stopping right on the taper inside the hole.

That makes me think those Gorillas have to be the answer or one of them.

I called Superior in Mississauga, explained the issue. He asked me a few questions, then he said that I need Gorilla PN 21038. He was to call me back and get me a quote but he never did. Online prices in Canada for those nuts are freaking nuts, so i ended up ordering from the US a set that includes the lock nuts and hex keys for $39.99

Thanks all.

I see no reason those spline drives won't work unless you are running spacers. I doubt the back pad of that wheel is that thick. I'm running 10 mil spacers and still can get plenty threads with my spline drives. If worst comes to worst you can always order extended studs.

i had a similar issue when I bought used wheels for my 96 Jeep Cherokee. The lug nuts were not getting enough tread. Did lots of looking online, and actually ordered smaller sets (of 4) and tried a few before finding the "extended length" Gorillas. Bought them, and they worked.

You should be fine. Just make sure to slip them through the holes before you try and mount them. For 2 reasons. (1) make sure ALL holes clear the lug nuts. A couple of mine had to be cleaned up a tad. And (2) make sure the tips don't extend past the wheel mounting surface! If they do, your wheels won't seat properly.
