what are you crazy???!!!

I'm man meat.

I eat 5-6 times a day. I'm blasted with vitamins, protein, creatine and glutamine and caffeine and I drink more than a gallon of water everyday.

I just need to cut back on carbs and cut out my refined sugars again.

i had pork tenderloin that i cooked with some garlic bread and sweet potatoes. but the tenderloin was kind of spicy(it was pre seasoned).
next time i'm doing the seasoning myself.

tomorrow i'm having adobo, sazon and italian dressing-marinated pork chops with white rice and red beans(with tomatoe sauce, onions, olives)
some like this

Most people think I'm crazy. Only eat organic fruits, vegetables, and fish, limit carbs, no refined foods, no refined sugars, no preservatives, no additives, nothing artificial. Never eat meat, candy, cookies, cakes, soft drinks, or coffee. Take a bunch of vitamins and drink about a gallon of water every day.

well, we're actually somewhat similar, I didn't eat meat for 15 years and then I chose to incorporate fish and eggs into my diet

however I take in a source of sugar with my creatine everyday, be it refined or something like honey or fruit

I wasn't eating any refined sugar but all these fat girls at my work keep bringing in all these awful tasty things like candy and donuts and this week I bought a box of cookie crisp because was on sale but of course I eat it with non fat milk

I only drank soy for years

Actually, it's quite healthy. I eat a late lunch and a very light snack before 7PM. But, if you do eat dinner, then always eat before 7pm and never anything after that except water.

People in this country eat far too much food, combine the wrong foods, eat at the wrong times, and basically eat shit! No wonder we're just about the most unhealthy population in the industrialized world, with about 2/3 of us overweight, overfed, and undernourished!

POTSTICKERS! (chinese dumpling). Easy to make once you learn how to handle the wrappers.

I think it was in 3 extremes.

the only meatish stuff i eat is fish, eggs and dairy and i've been eating like this for about a dozen years, try to keep the fish wild, the dairy organic and the eggs from free-run birds.

we in the western world eat way too much meat, meat is ok but you don't need to have it at breakfast, lunch and dinner. and we wonder how the arteries get clogged????
eating crappy stuff is fine too but keep it in moderation.

has anyone ever seen big medicine on tlc?
