Ive got mine,but it looks like UPS kicked the package around,the O ring that came in the gasket package is smashed on one side,and cracked,the gasket itself is pretty badly bent,but that can be flattend out,and shouldnt be a problem,but the other peice worries me,Ill post pics tomorrow.The install will need to wait,and whats the deal with the screws.

what? there's sumthing wrong the screws? my gasket was a lil bent too.. but i guess once it's on nice and tight, itll be perfectly flat. hmm.. sumbody update with the screws please...

Anyone else install,and how important is the O ring that came in the gasket bag,I dont know what that is for,Ive never installed a header.I really want to know if the OEM screws are used for the install,if not,Im not going to install untill next weekend.

Got mine yesterday, with a Black hat ha!! Looking like east coast got black hats west coast got white hats...

what is the size of the collector? If it's bigger then 2" then those with stock exhaust may experience power loss. Can you say bottleneck.

the general time from for this install is 15-30 minutes total? Were you using a lift or at home on the garage floor?

I stopped by my mom's house to show the header to my step-dad (who is a machinist & hot rodder) he thought this header was VERY nice, thick flange, and nice welds

Ok,I gather that the donut is the peice that came in the bag with the gasket,is it ok for that to be cracked and beatin up alittle.
