1 sold. Ordered the HK1 with the burnt tip. Will get some pics and sound clip when I install it.

all those HK1 ones sold and no video posted yet?? I really like the NITTO one but I am still debating which one I should go with....until I listen to the HK1 clip

Here's some pics of it installed. The tip hits the bottom of the
lip but its not too bad. It has a nice deep sound and gets quieter
at higher RPMs. Will have a video tomorrow.

maybe a slightly longer hanger will fix that? I'm afraid the lip kit will add a bit more material there, too.

hmm thats kinda scary

would a normal mechanic who's well trained with installing exhaust systems be able to make a longer hanger easily?

how is this happening? i have the nitto exhaust on the yaris, and the tip is tucked right up against the bumper and there's no melting at all! is this maybe because its so much colder in canada? our summers still can get as high as 40*C (105*F) though, typically 30*C (85*F) on a hot summer day.

the nitto exhaust tip is kinda double-walled and has a lot more metal, maybe that helps dissipate the heat faster...

but yes, Brian, off to autozone for longer rubber hangers please!!

or get on the dremel and make a good looking notch there... decisions decisions
