That is with or without the factory power package, which includes power locks and windows.

So i'm missing: Connector D3 Pins, quantity 2 (82998-12870) and Lower Steering wheel Boss (cover) (with the hole already in it for the cruise stalk {If you
don’t wish to drill the exiting one}):45184-52130-B0 and ¼” Ring terminal for 18-22 AWG wire (if required to terminate added D3 ground pin). If i get it right... I own a Yaris sedan 2010 w/ power. (ok ok i could drill the existing steering) Last edited by SimTronik; 12-01-2011 at 09:19 PM. |

You only have to remove the wheel if you are replacing the lower boss with the pre-holed one. You can mark and drill your existing one in place.

Really! I was planing to drill the hole after all. I read all the manual pdf and i was lost at the wheel and air bag removal and i though it was kinda risky. But it seems more plug n play. Can you guide me to what part of the installation manual is pertinent for me? Thanks a lot!

Just make sure that you disconnect the negative battery terminal and wait a couple of minutes before disconnecting the airbag, and when you remove it, set it down on its frame, rather than on the Toyota logo.

Everything is plugged in and back on its place but i cant remove the steering colum cover. i think its because the wheel is in place? So i cant check for the d3 pins. Can i just road test it lol? or it is risky?

You can just road test it, or better yet, turn the ignition to ON, press the on/off on the stalk, and see if the indicator comes on.
