or the syncros not lining up fast enough... i get that sometimes when im at high rpms shifting into third

If you haven't yet, change the trans fluid to Redline MT-90, or other GL-4 fluid. You'll need 2 bottles.
You'd be amazed at how big a difference this stuff makes! |

its a manual tho doesnt just use the engine oil...?

No, the transmission uses its own fluid. A GL-4 spec 75W-90 weight oil like Redline MT-90 is perfect. You'll need 2 quarts for a complete fill.

ok so the dealer ordered a new trans for me yea. o also about the pulley... i notice that my mpg has also increased by 2 and this was while i was WOT 80%. My mpg has never been higher ever even when i baby it. i current sit at 32 mpg WOT 80% of the time total city driving. I love this dang thing
