Yeah that is a stretch...called the phone number on that website. He says the government just picked a random cut-off day and had no logic behind it.

yup i got the $1000 rebate for my 2007 Yaris Le hatchback here in Canada.
2 Weeks ago BTW.
Love the car...fun to drive!

I bought my car last wednesday and salesman told me he will contact me as soon as they have the forms for the 1000$ check! I called the lady at Transport Canada helpless desk and she said it's a 1000$ check non aplicable...but will take few months to get it....

i believe you dont get the form from the dealer..i think it accessable on line once its available.. and yah it will take a while for you to get it..but who cares as long as you got extra $1000.00 cash in the future..patience my man...patience..
