FYI: If you'd like to permanently ignore a user, you can do so from the control panel, like so:

Click on "User CP" at the top
Click on "Buddy / Ignore Lists" in the left menu
Add the offending person(s) username
Click on "Save List"
Yahtzee.

OTOH, the best "Ignore button" in the world is in your head, if you catch my drift.

hmmm, i agree with both "worlds" here. heh. anyway...since this is the off-topic section of YW, i feel that anyone can post anything they like. i don't think everything here has to be Yaris-related. however, even though i do not condone street racing, smoking pot/crack (or what ever else), we are all responsible for our actions. i say, let the members post it. it gives a laugh or two, and if for some odd reason the "authorities" find out, then it is the member that has to deal with it (companies now-a-days check myspace before they hire a person to work for them, so who knows, they may check this site too). if i don't like a particular post, i'll either skip it or say something and not check back again.

i came/joined YarisWorld because i thought (still do) that you guys are helpful. myself, i'm trying to be as helpful as possible, although i may forget that there's a newbie section from time to time.

man, i have no clue if what i said even relates to this thread...

You're all right, YarisWorld in general did need a kick in the pants, a lot of tolerance, and a bit of a firmer hand from the moderators. We'll see to it.

No matter what, we all love this little car, and we can't let these petty differences tear us apart. So please, whoever is still riled up, take a break, take a deep breath, come back in a couple of days all refreshed
