Thanks cali. Looking forward to it. If the mounting procedure and hardware looks better than those from this hood deflector I'm getting, then I'll purchase one of these OEM Toyota ones from your store.

Here you go guys, a photo album with hardware included, and all the instructions and diagrams:

THANK YOU for the three orders so far. I have seven left and as you know, these came from Canada -- don't know exactly when I might get more in stock. No pressure, LOL

As confirmed. The OEM Toyota ones from Canada are exactly the same as the one I purchased from Toyotapartsstore. Exact same mounting pieces and exact same install instructions. I got mine from Toyotapartsstore for $80 shipped. Thanks garm!

Excellent, thanks for the heads up - mine are now $79 shipped.

Refunds have been issued to customers who already bought them.

That's awesome garm. I suspect now that this company ("Focus Auto Designs, Inc.") actually makes these for Toyota Canada.

The deflector on toyotapartsstore shows a thumbnail only for the sedan, no picture for the liftback version

Yeah, they haven't posted a pic. of the LB version. The one they show for the sedan and LB actually looks like some generic hood deflector picture. I'll post a pic. of mine once I've installed it.

My car is in my dealer's body shop right now to fill the license plate holes in the front bumper.

I brought it in once before to have the holes filled but the body shop manager tried to talk me out of it saying that I'd have to drill the holes again anyway if I ever moved to a state that requires front plates. Didn't want to deal with him so I left and went back yesterday when there was a different manager.

I told them that there are other ways to mount license plates without drilling holes in the bumper.

Hello everybody! Sorry that I've been MIA for so long. I was away for work in the middle of nowhere for several weeks. I'm really sorry to Garm and everybody that it turns out all my running around for these deflectors was all for nought. I thought we were going to get a unique Canada-only product down there for a few unique lucky YW members. Oh well. I tried... we tried. I hope whoever buys these from Garm knows that a lot of effort and pro-YW spirit went into making it happen. I didn't take any profit on this... didn't take anything for gas or time.

Other than that, good to be back!

I like the looks of the hood deflector....but it doesn't look like it has much of an angle or height to lift bugs and stones, etc. over the windshield!

I don't think its purpose is to protect the windshield -- I thought it was to protect the hood.
