Dont quote me, but I believe it was around 10.something gallons. I can dig out my reciept and take a look.

Gonna start keeping track of my mileage.

Fillled her up full on Friday when was in TO and recorded my KMs.

Im interested to *finally* see how my vehcile is holding up specifically.

I dunno why i wasnt bothering to record this earlier, lol

Im sure mines gonna be somewhat hurting bc when I do hiway driving, its alwasy on the 400 to TO from my place (200 km approx), and im ALWAYS going atleast a buck 40, often 150 km /h

so thats really gonna kill my efficency. The rest of my clicks are all in my small town (25,000).

I just spent the weekend up and down the QEW,401,400,11 and back driving like an ass between 130-160 90% of the time and I still got 7L /100km.
The only thing i've done to the car is run Amsoil.

Ιf you are using the 5th gear at about 4000rpm, it's natural to have 7lt/100km.

i used to always try to get from point A to point B as quickly as possible. My biggest pet peeve is when people DRIVE in the left lane rather than just using it for passing.. anyways, it used to get me all worked up, and stressed out when stuck behind these morons.

Assuming US gallon = 3.79L
Imperial gallon = 4.55L

31.4L - 560km = 6.907ImpGal / 8.285USGal & 350 miles = 50.67 imperial MPG or 42.25 US MPG or 5.61 L/100km

34.8L - 608km = 7.655gal / 9.18USGal & 380 miles = 49.64 imperial MPG or 41.39 US MPG or 5.72 L/100km

I am on MEGA-sticky street tires (Kumho Ecsta MX 205/40/17). I acheived this by filling the tank all the way up to the top of the neck and then refilling to the top again to determine volume burned. I accelerate very gently and shift at no higher than 2500 rpm. Each tank had two full throttle accelerations (For each tank: one was from a stop all the way through 1st and 2nd gear and then jumped to 5th to cruise, the second was only 3rd gear to pass a vehicle). I coast to a stop, no engine braking.

The first tank was on my drive to work which is 85% highway on which I usually maintain a speed of 82-87 kph. The second tank was a long drive to the Bruce Penninsula and I maintained the same speed and very few stops. So far I have ~1900 kms on the car! I am very impressed.

I am addicted to driving economically. Its fun. I get satisfaction every time when I believe I have a new record on fuel economy.
Actually, economical driving style still allows me to drive up to traffic speed in cities or on highways. Generally, it is just things like not racing only to stop in front of a red light or speeding up just to get ahead of one single car and then slow down again. But other than these, one can improve one's cars or skills in many other areas to get better mileage.
It is almost an art not to drive too fast and yet not get people behind to become impatient. However, this is achievable

total distance driven so far: 7486 miles
total amount of fuel bought: 177.14 gallons (18 fill-ups averaging 9.84 gallons)
80% highway
AC on half the time
doing the economical driving style
I think it's not too bad getting 42.25 mpg

Since you are in the US, you acheived the same as me (see post above)! I also got 42.25 (US) MPG. Since you have a sedan, it is that much MORE impressive!!!

Filled up yesterday & got 39mpg (US).

the first 1/2 of the tank was mostly highway... The 2nd 1/2 had alot more city & included moving a ton of stuff for my gf.
no A/C, and kept it around 60-65mph on the highway.

hope to break the 40mpg next tank.

driving mix - 100% city/0% highway
driving style - very conservative
top speed - 35 mph
AC - 100%
gas - 87 octane
odometer mileage - 4,2?? miles
tire pressure - 40 psi
avg # of passengers - 2 adults and a 7 month old
cargo/towing - none
traffic is almost non-exsistent where i drive...usually take roads less traveled upon.
