just curious for those who shipped 4 wheels from the mainland to hawaii; how much did it cost you to ship it via air (if you don't mind me asking).

I am lookin at shipping 4 wheels over and they want to charge $218 for USPS 2-3 Airmal. Eeek

Sometimes you gotta pony up some cash. I know i have paid $450 via fed ex and UPS before. It's safer and insured. I don't trust USPS for high ticket items such as rims. Lots of guys use fed ex and ups, to ship rims over $2k.

BTW, anyone wanna buy a sedan? How about a new ultra strut tower brace?

i just paid the ridiculous shipping rate, got the rims and tires at a good price so i guess shipping was ok...

$218 sounds about right - $50 per wheel. There is no other alternative unless you go pick 'em up yourself.

Nah, you're not cheap. Just that anything shipped to and from Hawaii requires a voluntary kidney or limb donation.

Why would you sell? Didn't you just get the yaris! Is it because noone is buying the celica that you were planning to sell to afford the yaris? (i'm just guessing that is the reason?)

Well right now Im not sure, I might keep it. I have a few more mods I want to do.
If I keep it then Im going to make it into a Akiba Vitz~

Well I was thinking of picking up a IS250 and 3 cars is too much for me. And since my Celica is all paid off, I thought I'd sell the yaris.
