7/23, ok here is some pics, showing the motor going in, some of the piping and the new electric water pump (www.meziere.com).

Also decided to go all AEM on the gauges. I think it's just about ready to fill it up and fire it up.

Yes, I am nuts. Sorry.

Three words: strip that interior! This ain't no grocery getter anymore!

Props on using the stock intake manifold! I want to see if that thing is going to hold up. I know you're replacing it soon, but if it starts and lets you hit WOT once with that plastic mani I'll be impressed!

Can't wait to see this done. You're a true community asset, Mr. Garm.

thanks chino.

ha, that's an xB mani too!

Not enough time to make the intake mani right now, I want to get this running and upgrade that later (flanges are on the way but not here yet)

Whooo, fit's mighty tight against the new fan shroud! Well... not much more than a whisker's clearance anywhere in engine bay now Way to cram-a-lam it in there, can't wait to hear it

It's a special windshield with nanobots - it will never get dirty. That's how deep I roll.

I gotta ask are those gauges really that visible in their current location. It just seems to me (or at least with my driving position) looking down to see what the gauges are saying seems counter productive.

i copied garm's setup; However, I chose to use autometer's angled rings (the gauges sit in them). It gives it a slight tilt forward so easier viewing. However, when test fitted without the rings; The guages were still EASILY viewable and did not seem like something that would be hard to look at while driving ( even at WOT ).

here are mine: http://yarisworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16660
