I am so JDM the first disc I played was MUCC, then a lil Dir En Grey...then I went poppy with Arashi. I listen to ANYTHING, but mostly listen to Japanese music. If not that I go with old favs; me first and the gimme gimmes, bad religion, the creepshow, tiger army, misfits, ron d core, delta 9, tron...

Same things I listen to on my home stereo and iPod - mostly Classical and some world music as it's known. I upgraded my Yaris to one of the fancy Toyota radios with the 6-disc changer built in, so I never lack for good music if what's on the radio doesn't suit me.

I don't remember if I have already posted in this thread... but...

Progressive metal (not what you would expect), euro trance (sometimes, because when the audio is high fidelity, the Toyota 6-cd stereo actually sounds amazing in such a small car), and a little bit of this and that... Mainly the many genres of metal, though.

Since the cd changer can read MP3 cds, I just burn cds with the songs that I have ripped from albums I have previously bought, stick them on MP3 discs and now instead of just 6 cd changer, I can fit about 4-6 albums on each disk so it's more like a 36 CD changer. It's great!

My first CD in my 2010 Yaris was my favorite (local Chicago group) Dot Dot Dot. That is both the name of the group and the CD. Check'em out at: http://dotdotdotonline.com/
They're getting ready to play all over for spring break. Their itineray is on the web site too.

Smooth Jazz and a range of Classical. Rachmaninov. Phillip Glass. "Akhenaten" is great for thunderstorms on the highway at night.
