It's 3 AM and I can't sleep AGAIN. This insomnia is getting ridiculous. I'ma have to call my doctor and find out what's going on. Anybody else here have this problem too? Any solutions?

Have you tried the glass of warm milk before bed thing? I know it sounds rediculous, but my middle daughter had trouble with insomnia when she was younger and that's just what the doctor told us to do and it helped. Years later, she still has a glass of warm milk before bed. It's so simple, but if it helps, why not?

Okay mom, I'll try it your way jk lol. I actually have tried milk, beer too. Wish they would work, but instead both give me gas only at night, then I DEFINITELY won't be able to sleep. The "music" will keep me up til sunrise LOL. Thanks anyway

Must be an LA winter thing lol. Either that, or it's hard to shut-off the busy mind of workaholics/schoolaholics
