People suck. I know you said this would cost XXX, but now that the service is done I feel it was only worth YYY. I want a refund. I'm sorry but the price was agreed upon before starting the work and you agreed. In comes manager; Disreguard my silly pee-on employee, sure we will discound you job and give you an additional 10% off for you trouble.

Alright yes, you are a customer. You deserve my respect and I am here to assist you in meeting your needs.
