just got home from training.. this week is 7-345.. good and bad.. good cuz we get out t 345.. bad cuz i gotta be up at 6, so i lose 2 hrs sleep and it is bbrrrrrrrrrfreezing at that hour! i so wanted to stay in my nice warm bed this morning.. bah we have our first day on the phones tomorrow with the 2 new systems we've learned...1 system learned in 4 days.. 2nd system learned today.. ugh, i dont wanna do it!!!!!!!!!! people in ca are bad enough, now u wanna make me talk to people all over the us and give me a diff system to use! ahhh! i need to get out of the call center asap.. good news though... the claims office i want to go into.. is hiring again...
