stock as in 185 ... if so that would be little narrow for 7 inch rim ...but if u really want them on try a different shop cos cosco has some stupid rules they will only go by what the book specifies for the car anything out of range and they can and will refuse the work.

Why in the hell would 1010tires suggest these rims when my tires are 175? Man I'm pissed at 1010tires right now.

Actually here is a tire wheel package they sell. Same rims I got with same size tires I have. How car they fit if the rim is too wide?

that is odd, i had Drag DR19s on my car for years and the stock size was 185/60 15, is there that much difference between the Canadian version and the USDM version? see if you can change the tire size and order the 185s instead, not to mention that the wider tires will give you better traction and increase in handling.

I had a Toyota dealer change my tires over from the stock steelies to the drags, no issues but i'm pretty sure my steelies where 15X7.

@GTBaker - Costco has strict policies about fitting certain tires to certain wheels. They mostly do OEM size tires on OEM wheels. However, you can bring it to an independent shop and they will fit your 175/65/15 tire onto your 15x7 wheel. Just call ahead and ask if they'll do it.

The 1010tire site as well as others allow you to choose the tires YOU want, not necessarily being the right fit for your wheel. The wheel/tire package you selected will fit, but Costco will not stray from their rules.

OEM tire size in the USA is 185. It must be different in Canada. I believe OEM steelies are 15x5.5.

The issue I have is I already have the tires(stock tires...only on car 2 months before snow tires). I want to keep the snows on the steelies and put my stock tires on new rims.

With 1010tires wheel configuration tool...you input your car year make & model and it picked the tire size. Which was correct at 175/65/15. Now I find the tires won't fit the rims because the rim is too wide. I don't want to plank down more cash for unneeded tires. I just wish 1010tires would of just came back and said no rims available instead of wasting my time.

So if everything people are saying is true...even if I went the wheel and tire package rout the tires were too narrow for the rim.

I also hold no fault with Costco as they're just doing their job. I wish more garages were like this.

I apologize for straying off thread topic and really should of started another thread.

Doesn't the picture above say "mounted and balanced"? You'd usually receive it already mounted and balanced. Anyway, this thread should specifically be for posting pics. Moderators, could you please separate these past few posts into a new thread? Much appreciated.

One last stray post...

@Yarisugi - the 2012 models come with steelies and 175/65r15 tires standard now.... sucks but meh fuel economy is king.

@GtBaker - this must be stressed...RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH before making a purchase. I would seriously think about trying to get the wheels returned or going with a wider tire. the stock wheel size is 15x5 and essentially the stock tire would be stretched and not look or ride correctly.

The following is from their return policy

1. The wrong product was received and 1010Tires.com is responsible.
2. The product is defective. Proof via photo will be requested or we will request that you return the product for our inspection. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges, and will be re-imbursed if the product is found to be faulty or defective.
3. Product approved by 1010Tires.com does not fit the disclosed vehicle and no disclaimer has been issued. Please refer to our Fitment Guarantee.

They are not supplying you with tires correct? you wanted to use your o.e.m. tires that you already have. I hate to say it but they don't look responsible in this instance but you could try and fight it anyway.

You will have to call around and find someone who is willing to fit them to that rim, as yarisugi mentioned, some places simply will not do it. Some independent mechanics wouldn't do it either, you really need someone into the import scene and willing to take the risk of stretching tires. Not that it is really that much, but a lot of mechanics think about insurance premiums first, and I can't really blame them, knowing how ridiculous they can be.

This OZ WRC wheels is very tough and strong.
Few times I hit pot hole in speed, nothing happen to the wheels.

Even once I run with flat tire for 6 km untill I find tire shop, wheel doesnt even scratch.

Absolutely worth of money, for safety and convenient.
