all-auto main power window control switch feature

I saw this feature in a Land Cruiser Prado, so I was wondering if this can be added to the Yaris, just by swapping the main switch or is it something that the body ECU controls?

It could theoretically be done on the Yaris, as all of the brains of the window switching are in the master switch assembly.

so, what cuts the current to the PW motor when you press the button all the way down/up is a fuse on the switch itself?

There is a single fuse that feeds all of the window motors. The window switch contains the current sense circuit for stopping the window.

In theory. A switch from another vehicle will likely not have the correct pinout, but if you can find the wiring diagrams for both you should be able to make it work.
