New Alpine SPX-137R (type x!) for sale...
Hey everyone, I am selling a pair of brand new Alpine SPX-137R component speakers. I have decided to upgrade to something more (what that is has yet to be determined haha). Anyway, I would like to get what I paid, which is $200 shipped ground. Let me know, I put these up on here first to let you guys in on the deal first. Thanks for looking!

I'll give you $150 shipped for them today, no muss no fuss. If they were the 6.5's, I'd spring for what you're asking.

Dibs. Sweet, the first piece to my dream system.
Million dollar question... would it be better to put them in the back and grab the 6.5" Type X's for the front, or should I mount these in the front and go with something else in the rear. Any suggestions are appreciated. |

Got them. Right on time.
1.jpg 3.jpg 4.jpg 2.jpg I like those crossovers so much, I may have to let them show. I was going to hide everything, but those are so pretty you don't want to hide them. If they sound half as good as they look I'm in business. They go in the closet for now, though. |

Haha, glad you like them. My 177R's are just laying around as we speak too. Waiting for everything else to arrive... can't wait.

What are you pairing them up with? I'm considering grabbing the 177's to go with my 137's... 8 speaker Alpine setup in a Yaris!

Well, I'm using a JL 500/5 (100W RMS Front, 25W RMS Rear, 250W Sub), so I will probably be sticking with SPS-13C2, or something cheaper, but won't run them full power. As far as the sub goes, right now its either an 8W7 or Boston Acoustics G212-4. I was gonna run the 137's in the rear, then I was gonna run them in the front, but I just gave in and bought the 177's. We will see...
