Vitz 2009 Pickup Issue

Dear Friends

I am from Pakistan and need your Help. I am writing my Vitz/Yaris 1.0 litter problems in Point wise.

1. Parked for last 04 months / not in used.
2. When i try to start 2 days back, there was no power.
3. today i changed battery and a 15A fuse.
4. Vehicle starts, but when i pressed accelerator, vehicle not picking up RACE or RPM or POWER only running on IDLE condition.
