Make sure the tension on the belt is set correctly. Right now I am assuming it is a bit loose, which causes the squealing noise at start-up. On a new belt, there should be approximately 7mm to 8.5mm of deflection when you press against the belt at the longest span (between the crank and alternator pulleys) in the middle. Specifications for a used belt is between 11mm to 13mm of deflection.
If that doesn't solve your problem, then check to see if your belt has been glazed due to running the belt loose. If so, then you may have to replace it again.
